Kelly Clarkson Tickets x2 Manchester (Lower Tier Side Seats) Next to Stage ?

I have 2x tickets for Kelly Clarkson at the Manchester Arena on Friday 12th October 2012. They are great seats, Lower Tier Block 114 Row K Seats 5 & 6 side on to the stage. Selling due to not able to go anymore. Tickets in hand and can be collected from my house next to The Trafford Centre, JNC 10 M60, in Urmston.
